These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by THE DIAMOND BUILD & RENOVATION SERVICES LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide bathroom fitting, renovation, and associated home improvement services. Each project will be outlined in a written quote or contract and subject to these terms.

2. Quotations & Bookings

All quotations are valid for 30 days. A deposit is required to secure a booking. Work will commence only after a signed agreement and deposit are received.

3. Payments

Payments are due in accordance with the agreed schedule. Late payments may delay your project or result in additional charges. Final payment is required upon completion of works unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations

If you cancel more than 14 days before the start of work, we will refund your deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may result in a partial or full retention of the deposit to cover incurred costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure clear access to the property
• Provide accurate details for the work required
• Notify us of any structural or plumbing concerns before we begin

6. Changes to Work

Additional work not included in the original quote may incur extra charges and affect the timeline. We will notify you of such changes and require written approval before proceeding.

7. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural defects, misuse of the bathroom post-installation, or delays caused by third parties (e.g. suppliers or councils). Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted service.

8. Warranty

We offer a defects liability period of 12 months for workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used.

9. Health & Safety

We comply with UK health and safety regulations. Clients must maintain a safe working environment during the project.

10. Termination

We may suspend or cancel services if you breach any part of these terms. In such cases, you may forfeit your deposit and be responsible for completed work to date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
